Yes, that is how they decided to spell it. Honestly, this one kind of makes my ears and brain hurt quite a bit. If it wasn’t obvious, it’s a remix of primarily Yuyuko’s second PCB theme, Border of Life mixed with Yukari’s Necrofantasia. They’ll probably spit out another one or two before Reitaisai… hopefully they’ll be a bit better.
Remember way back on April 1st… the Touhou Valkyrie Profile clone that would never be? The sprite maker posted all his sprites a little while back (most had been up for months before). They really are things of beauty. It’s a shame that I still have to kill him for not making the actual game.
Well, Act 4 out in August. I should hurry up and finish Act 3 then I suppose. Also Subterranean Animism? Even for a Touhou game, that name is nutso. Seriously though… what did the molepeople ever do to Reimu?
IE, people will start taking preorders for Scarlet Weather Rhapsody on May 1st. That, along with Tasofro’s mysterious ad and confirmed participation in Reitaisai (Touhou convention) seems to make that (May 25th) the release date… though it could just be a new demo and full showing with a summer Comiket release. In any case… Glee! Now all the photoshopping and rumors of the full roster can commence!
As one of the biggest Valkyrie Profile whores in the world… why must this just be an April Fool’s joke?! Why why whyyyyy… Alright, I think I’m done with April Fool’s stuff now. Man… though… I’d buy this… or any VP clone for that matter, in a heartbeat.
Edit: In case you’re wondering what the outage was all about, that’s the power of Dreamhost and WordPress 2.5 QUAKE IN FEAR, MORTALS. Thank god that stress is gone.
The first half of that game was pretty embarassing… stupid Komachi simply marched downfield and Higen Retoured me every single time she got the ball. …what? I have to keep myself amused while babysitting somehow. We also watched Veggie Tales, Mahoraba and then one of us built a block tower while the other repeatedly knocked it over. Then we both had pudding. Story of my life, really. Uh… back to your regularly scheduled programming tomorrow.
