AT-X did end up airing a recap of Tanya The Badly Written this week anyway. I was going to write something up on Justice League Dark, but it was boring and tedious. So consider that my review of it. The only other thing of note going on is that I'm resuming work on Prism Ark. Doddler's gotten a number of the tools in much better shape, although some new, interesting, and yet inexplicable issues have arisen within the scripts themselves. My soft plan for the rest of the year is, motivation, real life, and time willing, finish Prism Ark, and assuming Eushully doesn't completely screw up Not-Kamidori 2, submerge myself in that. Or maybe SHChara's Girl Raiser 2. I do love floofy ponytails.

With all the shows except bloody Flip Flappers over for the season, thefre's not going to be much to see here for the next week. I have no updates to give on anything translation-related, because I have done no work since July and am doubtful that any will be done in the forseeable future. Eushully's not-Kamidori 2 does still seem tempting… though not out for 6 months (assuming no delays), and SHChara has a game upcoming in a couple months about hot girls with ponytails and cursed swords. I set up the skeleton of a season preview for Winter, but Christ, does that look dreadful. Around thirty 'new' shows, nearly a third are direct sequels, five more are about idols, four are ads for cellphone games, and two are about being in a high school cycling club. I'll probably finish the preview because I have no work, no project, and lots of time, but we'll see. I can only write "couldn't stand more than 1.5 episodes of this" so many times.

I've been taking advantage of my time off to blast through BB2, managing to just barely keep ahead of the frontline QC. All the framework for the winter preview's in place, I just need to fill in gaps and think up witty things to say with pixel art, which is always the hardest part anyway. Hopefully up Tuesdayish,, but it depends on how much I focus on finishing up BB2 before I have to go back to real work. Enjoy the standard NicoNico pre-preview and Edelweiss's winter comiket game promo rundown. Nothing particularly unusual-looking or noteworthy though. How long ago it seems when each came with a new chapter of BMW. Now, Werk just makes a somewhat distressing amount of Idolmaster porn. I'll do a writeup on Izumo 4 some time next week too, now that I've procrastinated enough to the point where it's actually been released.

I was asleep at the wheel and didn’t notice that MBS’s broadcast of Symphogear is off this week. No other broadcasts are affected, so the primary now becomes Tokyo MX’s on Saturdays, and will seemingly remain so for the rest of the season. So… I guess Thursday’s the only weekday I’ll be covering anime this season. Also, if you’ll recall, I have a social event to attend tomorrow morning, so everything is very likely going to be pushed back to the afternoon. Enjoy some Baldr Neko Force in the meantime.
