As usual, I haven’t even begun starting to look at the next season. My plan is to finish Romanesque’s translation (only 7.5 porn scenes to go!) before even starting, so probably about a week to a week and a half. Things don’t kick off until about January 4th anyway, so assuming no more surprise surgeries or other disasters, probably the weekend after Christmas. Back to entirely too much oral.

I may try to get my actual preview finished by next Wednesdayish as a filler post for while I’m away, but I’m trying to finish translating at least the routes of Romanesque first. And yes, I know about Korra, but I’ve made my displeasure with it and my general distaste for… well, nearly all of the whiny entitled self-centered characters well known (and rooting for them to be knocked down a dozen pegs). I spent most of the first 10 minutes I flipped on of the new season translating instead of paying attention, let alone caring about the Metroid-esque reset of everyone’s status. I have little desire to put in effort beyond that except maybe to note that yes, the action does indeed still look pretty.

This has been a stressful and unproductive month so far.

I should probably start working on that next week, shouldn’t I? Oh well, with two shows ending three weeks before anything new airs, that leaves three (!) open days of nothing for the next two weeks. Maybe there’ll be some OVAs I won’t have an excuse to avoid. Or maybe I’ll take the time to rant about some random old games again.
