Impressions:

You're boring me severely, show. An entire episode faffing around about how they need to get extra special super serious because Stuff is Up®. Okay, but you haven't really struggled with literally a single fight to date. Even this sub-umbrella one that was supposedly ultra dangerous never actually got off a real attack of so much as scratched anybody. Nobody needed to pull out some secret technique, lost an arm, use A Forbidden Move, or anything of that ilk. Nobody even pretended to be hurt at any point.

You just worked together and beat it. If you're not facing any actual hardship, the arc should be becoming reckless and overconfident, not sitting in a circle discussing, rediscussing, and re-re-re-rediscussing how much more serious you need to be. You are already that to the point of stupidity. Frankly, I'd rather be following the crazy-ass guitar-flute-drum combo. They seem like they're actually out there having a good time if nothing else, and just like Botan, have not contributed to the story in any way whatsoever.
