Every day, ninjas fall further from the light of god.

Impressions:

The characters and story continue to be pretty awful at best, but it's also still providing some unintentional comedy just from how idiotic everything is. Study for the test? No, we're ninjas, so we just need to kick in the teacher's office, while she's in there, and steal the answers. The consequences for failing are… some chores, mind you. And we don't need the key. And it's all fair if you don't get caught, so throw a smoke bomb, start screaming the plan, and let's do this! Oh, but there's also a traitor! If I had any faith in the writing, I'd assume it was one of the girls, because that'd be an actual twist and maybe some character development for them. I do not.

On the other side, we have the Serious Business ninjas who have office buildings and everything. And since ninja-ing is a sprawling multinational conglomerate, I have to assume ninja janitors, ninja accountants, and ninja plumbers too. Aaah, my daughter is such a precious girl, now excuse me while I go sexually harass my employee. Also, let's keep the combination to the safe on a sticky note on the safe. That is true ninja security. Perhaps its time to take a long hard look at our script and ask ourselves if we should be taking any part of this seriously, or if we have more in common with Lego Ninjago's level of sense than we realized.
