Why are their noses higher up than their eyes?

Quasi-Impressions:

My primary thought about this episode was originally: "Man, they really should have had the crack to hell appear in the ocean instead of the sky so they could look down on it because this style and these artists cannot draw characters looking upward without the faces going all funhouse mirror." That pretty quickly gave way when it started doing some closeups of them looking up and upturned noses started running away from them. Were the noses always this pointy? I can't imagine so, but maybe I've been distracted by the panty shots or… what else has this show even had? Lots of steam?

In any case, the noses this week were out of control, and yes, that was the primary thing that 'happened' this week. They spent about two thirds of it wringing their hands about how dramatic the hole was, which could also be a description of porn, then some woman with tentacles came out, also possibly porn, ending with the cliffhanger than one of the most naive and exploitable was falling into the hole. Yes, also possibly porn.
