Dog walking and then social pancakes in a little bit. Cavalry and Lesbian Fighting will be gotten to afterwards (~hourish), and likely Utawarerumono, although that airs with enough of a gap to probably not be much affected.

Impressions:

You would've thought that after spending last week on a clips episode recap, they wouldn't need to do a reintroduction to the characters this week, but if you did, then you would have been underestimating their commitment to going as slow as goddamned possible. This episode goes out to all the people who thought they could skip an obvious recap by forcing them to sit through one anyway. Didn't even put together decent action scenes in it either. Slash, dead. The end. Or slash, hold weapon at throat. Repeat for all of these. So basically, naught has changed from the very poor last season. It's still going slow as snot. The characters are still mostly milling around, waiting for something to happen. The animation and action are lacking at the best of times. Unfortunately, you're up against actual competition on a weekend this season, show, which means that you're getting the swift boot to the ass for failure to improve in the slightest.
