Tokyo Ravens #06 — &ASAP7&ASAP7&ASAP7&ASAP7

November 12th, 2013

Did someone just lean on their keyboard and decide that should be the background?

Impressions:

Sorry this is a little late. There was an incident with Canadians. I think. It’s hard to tell. They can be shifty. Also, I’m not really sorry at all since this episode was about nine shades of awful. You could have at least brought back Oral Fixation Girl if you wanted to do some blatant time wasting. Granted, at least they put a little more effort into this "obvious woman is a male" nonsense… after the fact… but these two still have about as much chemistry together as a chunk of pumice and a damp sponge. And are about as interesting to watch as either one too. You are not a comedy, show. Please stop trying and never do it ever again. Just keep things moving so we don’t have to stop and suffer these morons any more than necessary.

Also, they put a creepy amount of effort into drawing the tiger on his jacket compared to the lack of effort they put into faces. And actual magic cats. And cat graffiti.

3 Shouts From the Peanut Gallery

  • Dave Baranyi says:

This was just like the manga, and the manga only gets worse from here on…

And don’t tell the author that this isn’t supposed to be a comedy…

Maybe the show should be about cats…

  • The Phantom says:

I actually liked this, laughed quite a bit in the beginning, the rest was OKish.

  • Novelism says:

At least they chose the right time to save budget.
LOL at the CG-rendered falling potato :D
