Impressions:

After the first third of the episode pretended like it would be somewhat serious, awful abortive assassination attempt cliffhanger that was forgotten by the time the OP played aside, it instead decided to take a 180 degree turn into moronville when Charlotte’s crotch started eating her panties. And there it would stay for the remainder of the episode. Most people would normally just switch to pants for a while. This would also be I think the second time that Ichika has somehow managed to fall face first into her uncovered crotch. Possibly without realizing it either time. I really can’t remember the first time he explored what I think I termed the Loire Valley. What’s so special about her crotch that makes it magnetic anyway? Her brand of tampons? I guess it’s good that there he did not remain since it might have eaten him along with her panties and rid us of his charming presence in this show.
