Yozakura Quartet – Moon Cry #01 — Nun in a Bag

Breasts shouldn’t do that.
Non-Impressions:
Okay. This one I won’t get to for another 9ish hours. Unless I watch it in the layover airport and decide to write on my phone, which sounds miserable. This is the new OVA series for YQ with the next episode coming in January. No, I don’t know how it all fits together temporally. This looks a little dull anyway, aside from the slutty fox. Plane time. Well, in 10ish. Boy, does this airport love to ‘trick’ me by being all podunk, having free decent wireless, and delaying my flight an hour and a half.
The first thing of somewhat deflating note is that the main antagonist of the current TV series arc is apparently bumming around in the city, not making devil lightning hands descend from the sky, so I guess she’ll be taking over Juri’s role of the nurse with the entirely too-short skirt for performing medical work while maintaining sterile thighs. Noth that Juri did much medicine to begin with. Not licensed medicine anyway. Certainly not covered by the standard HMO.
Anyway, CGI gondolas. And Ao’s panties. And a slutty fox who likes it rough. And to gnaw on ears. That’s about it for the interesting things in this episode. Yeah, sure. There was some kind of massacre of something out in the woods, but when is there not? There are goddamned bears out there. And Ao’s panties are getting to be old news at this point, second to the mystery of why Ao’s panties? Especially when Mini-Yae is doing nightmarish things to Kotoha’s chest. I think i saw the fox’s pink shorts at one point though. I don’t think that counts. And even the giant fluffy tail didn’t lift up her kimono except when she wagged it.
I’m also not sure what the things around the fox’s eyes are supposed to be. I thought at the start they were just weirdly bushy eyebrows, but they extend around the bottom too, so… fuzzy caterpillars that have taken root on her face? A really fluffy scar? A mystery that will no doubt persist another three months until the next episode and one that will bother me more than Mariabelle and a kid or two getting gnawed on.

I wonder if watching this counts as a spoiler for the current TV series?
