Boy, was that not fulfilling.

Impressions:

Oh hey. There’s that decapitation I asked for just a few days ago. Sadly, it did not satiate my bloodlust. Probably because the 19 or so minutes preceeding it continued to be just one long parade of barely animated heads talking. Even when the ‘fight’ did break out, I just felt embarrassed for them. Good god. He tried to punch and got thrown back. Then she tried to stab and got to listen to a long speech about how she was powerless thrown back. Fight over. Off with his head.

So no. I do not think I shall be continuing with this. I was bored. I was bored. I was bored. Then I laughed a little. Then I was bored again. It’s being out actioned by half-assed softcorn pornography and has managed to make decapitating a poor light novel protagonist boring. That’s sort of an impressive feat when you think about it. It’s kind of insulting that they’d even try to sell that as a cliffhanger too as they launch from that right into a poppy ED.
