An entire episode of just that?

Impressions:

Another extremely cheap episode, or maybe drawing those exceptionally disturbing shots of distorted, twisted breasts is more expensive than usual because they need to hose down the animators every few minutes. Unfortunately though, that was really one of the only two jokes for the majority of the episode. "Look at some disturbing breasts being manhandled" and "Fuji is a masochist." That’s where you start the humor from, not the entire punchline. Drive the masochism to ridiculous levels. Make them beg to be beaten with a baseball bat in strange ways. Both the begging and the beating. This was mostly just unpleasant to look at and dull. And a whale breaching for orgasm just takes all of my fun out of it.

At least I chuckled a couple times at the pre-OP love story.
