Detective Opera Milky Holmes #09 — Large Men in Little Girls
December 2nd, 2010
I approve of Nero being the fat useless one.
Impressions:
Hilarious episode that had it all; action, mystery, murder, men inside little girls, women inside little girls, the works. Rat gets ‘murdered,’ and seems to leave a dying message in blood fingering "MH." Of course, it’s Detective 101 to rotate any message to look for alternate meanings and MH is valid in every bloody cardinality, but at least they did surprise me by including エ゠(mixed lettering of "ero," meaning Arsene of course) as a possible interpretation. I’m a little surprised that G-4 didn’t have more involvement than putting on a puppet show, especially with Kokoro being the one to discover the body.
Not that the girls did it, they used a ouija board and got themselves possessed by their namesakes, who are all basically clowns except for Holmes. Holmes though, man… he’s smooth. And apparently a telekinetic time stopping mastermind. I think Arsene was ready to be taken by him right then and there. To the surprise of nobody, the culprit was the character introduced for approximately 15 seconds and who is then transferrred out at the end of the episode. I think her name was Impossible Hair, but there’s really no way that we can ever truly be sure.
Preview:
A poor day for the thieves.
