Impressions:

Man, am I really the only blogger watching this show? The rest of the blogosphere sucks. And smells bad. Stupid uppity punks wouldn’t know fun if it hit them in the face with a seltzer bottle and clown shoes. Including you, Totali. Yes, you. Especially you.

Kind of strange, but this week the episode was a couple minutes shorter than the last two, clocking in at only eight minutes of content (plus OP and ED) and the preview was just a girl scrubbing the floor… or playing with a car… it’s somewhat hard to tell. I do like that they’re using the fan OPs that are more original than just clip shows. You go, Penguin Girl staff.

Anyway, the episode was a lot of fun, and aside from the swarming catgirls dry humping some girl, and then Pengy licking Kujira’s panties, which they thankfully didn’t show aside from Pengy going to town beneath Kujira’s skirt, not really that much fanservice either. Well, I guess it’d be tough to top the panty-flash festival that was last week thanks to Xia Ci’s costume and its lack of anything covering the waist at all, but it still didn’t feel like much. There was also some manservice in there, which always makes me giggle. Nothing like a burly man in catears and a bikini to make me titter like a schoolgirl.

As for Kaede… eh… she’s alright. I kind of got mixed signals from her so I’m not really certain what her deal is supposed to be quite yet. Last week’s preview made her seem like the angry dominatrix punishment loli, but she came off this episode as more or less just looking out for her sister’s best interests, even if she accidently feeds her drugged daifuku on occasion.

Penguin Girl OP #03

Settle down, you brats! Kujira’s got a report to make to the collected student council. Somehow, Xia Ci has made her way into it dachi! Time for the council president to make her report.

Except… Pengy forgot it. VIOLENCE! And yelling back and worth.

There’s a knock on the door and a girl comes in… in a shower of sakura blossoms all daintily. She asks for her sister, Sakura… Pengy’s sister!?

Everybody starts patpatting her, but Pengy tells her to go home. That invokes a killer instinct in the loli and she chews out Pengy as the busty one cowers. She demands that Pengy apologize to the rest.

Elder sister cowed into fear and wimpering shame, she thanks the rest of them for taking care of her older sister and introduces herself as Kaede. What a good younger sister!

BAG CHECK! Kaede opens up Pengy’s purse to find a cache of manga and assorted paraphenalia. CONFISCATED. And thrown out the window. It seems like she’s kind of scary too dachi.

She thanks Kujira and the rest as Pengy sobs. Kaede even brought the report for Pengy. With a "good day to you," she leaves as quickly as she came.

Kujira goes over to pick up the report that she left…

It’s in a folder based on some crazy ass anime maid –thing–. Pengy realizes how awesome her sister is and goes all starry eyed. They then chow down on the daifuku that Kaede gave to Kujira.

Om nom nom nom.

The meeting continues with the report. But… the report is… uh… elementary level let’s say. Kujira demands an explaination from Pengy… but she’s turned into a catgirl. In fact, the entire council has turned into catgirls.

Kaede gets a call from a very pissed off Kujira. Unfortunately, Kujira gets distracted enough to let the cats escape into the halls. And off they go!

Kaede wonders what was up with that daifuku. Her butler explains that it’s (and this part kind of passed over my head) daifuku meant for Pengy to help her get in the mood for cosplaying catgirls and spiked with cat hormones or something. Even if he ate it, he’d become a mewling beautiful kitty cat.

Kaede declares… BEGIN SPECIAL OPERATION!

Back at the school, the catgirls are dry humping some girl. Kujira saves her, but the hallway is littered with unconscious girly girls.

Pengy and Xia Ci (dachi!) sneak up behind Kujira and glomp her… licking the top and… bottom. Oh lord.

They’re chased off as lights flare outside. Helicopters and spotlights, led by Kaede begin the operation. They shoot in smoke bombs and then rush the building.

Kujira coughs a bit, but is more or less unharmed. It only affects cats as the special forces explain and Xia Ci lies in bliss on the ground.

The Swat team takes away the sedated catgirls in cages. However… that much won’t be enough to take down Pengy.

She’s hiding in the bushes nearby. Kaede calls her out, and she runs out to play. Kaede is VERY HAPPY TO SEE HER OLDER SISTER with an evil glare.

Pengy gets hauled off for punishment.

Only catgirl whose-her-face remains… she was napping in the school until morning. And isn’t she just precious looking?
