Forget Konata and those little whelps, Milfeulle is the real Lucky Star.

First off, Milfeulle is the best Angel. Forget the new troupe, they’re a blight upon the world. Forget Mint, she’s an irritating little pandering brat, and forget man-Forte. The rest are fine, but they lack cake explosions, hyper cannons, and flowers in their hair. Chitose places a respectful second for her Fatal Arrow. Something about a girl with a sniper rifle… even if it is a 40 foot long rifle bolted onto a flimsy spaceship.

Of course, I’m speaking mostly of the real Milfeulle, from the games… not from the show. The Galaxy Angel show in general is very westernized ADD humor. At least a dozen episodes end with all the Angels dead or abandoned in space somewhere. There are some truly hilarious moments, the King Game, The Super Sentai episode, the Volleyball sports drama, the bad Japanese drama spoof, etc etc, but mostly it’s pretty bland stuff.

The core and canon series remains the games, where Milfeulle is hardly a ditz and understands both the power and the curse that her luck brings to herself and others. Only through a little TLC, thanks to Tact, will she come to terms with her abilities, find true love, and blow up as many aliens as it takes in order to protect the White Moon.
