Your character arc for this episode, people. This is about as banal and soulless as it comes for one of these club hobby shows. It has girls. One of them occasionally makes stupid faces. At least five minutes are dedicated to narrating the minutia of a mundane activity, leaving no time to come up with things like comedy, story, or character development. The jokes are all things like "Ew. This fish smells like fish," or "Ew. This chum smells like chum," or "Ew. This octopus is touching my genitalia." And I've already listed close to half of the jokes in the episode just in that run-on sentence.
But if you want a step by step guide on how to bait a line, put a line in the water, and then reel it back in, you get that merely twice, and then a montage of doing it some more. Has girls. They make a few faces. That's its ambition and that's all it achieves.

these shows about cute girl are so boring, who needs to make jokes? when when the public just settles for cute girls in a random activity. They never propose or build something else, and the eternal kindness with which they deal with irritates me. If one of them were a boy, they will surely be the focus of all the mistreatment and insults of the others.
