At least it’s nearly over.

Impressions:

Japan, I want you to do something for me. At the end of writing every episode, ask yourselves “What did the protagonists do this week? What did they accomplish? How does this move the story forward? Could the protagonists be replaced by mailboxes and this episode would be structurally intact?” If the answer to all these questions is “Nothing” (and “Yes, replace them with mailboxes with insecurity issues”) or some variety of “Stands there and stares”, then throw out the script and start from scratch.

There’s another concert, everybody minces around about how it’s so important, again, a giant moth attacks and immediately takes out all but three, so some other character transforms into a giant Daruma and… stay tuned for the exciting finale next week. Good god, what they tried to pass off as a cliffhanger was Cyan’s spider sense telling her that the moth was one of the brainraped girls. This is not only stupid, but ground already trodden. It’s not even a particularly menacing moth. Oh, it used its magical darkness power to instantly darkness bubble everybody but three random mailboxes, and then it spent the rest of the episode flapping its wings and being beat up by kitsch.
