Impressions:

I actually don’t have too much to say really. I didn’t plan on covering it, but I really liked the OP, so I wanted to post that and then one thing led to another and thus we end with a post. Maybe I’ll do quicky posts and dump screenshots for future episodes. This episode was mostly a better introduction to Mayuki with a few random other disasters around Old Tokyo. Byakko (<3) also has some magical powers which she can use to control people in addition to her abilities to go head to head with Seiran’s dolls, though she again ran away when confronted. Not too much else to say. Production qualities remained high. Evil Horie Yui remained hot. The schoolkids remained annoying. Oh, and “Vahoo!” amuses me.
