Am I the only one who finds this dude's deep voice weirdly unsettling?

Impressions:

Well, anyway. Remember all those princess raiser sim games that were the rage two and a half decades ago? Your Princess Makers, your Wonder Project Js, your Wizard's Climbers, etc? Before gacha got their claws into them and they all became idol management sims? This is essentially one of those, except without the bare minimum excuse for a story. Or the porn, for that matter. Either of which would've added at least a small bit of spice to this bland affair, because boy howdy, neither one of these characters has any charisma at all, and their chemistry is as inert as neon. That's right, noble gas joke for my chemistry posers.

It has only two jokes. First, that he yells at her that she has to obey him and do what's good for her. And second, loudly overreacting when she whimpers something pathetic. I guess at least it has absolutely nothing in the way of the weird inappropriate romance of all those things where a dude with a lion for a head takes in an abused orphan to be his underaged wife, but again, maybe some sex would've at least added some kind of dynamic here that it could work with. Yelling at her until she takes a bit of cake is not the kind of comedic situation that can carry a third of an episode, or a strong way to go out on, and there's no jokes at all for the first third of the episode either, so… is it meant to be story driven then? It's just a mess.
