The Night Beyond the Tricornered Window #01 — Involuntary Orgasms

October 3rd, 2021

And lots of them.

Impressions:

Here we have almost the direct opposite of the other, aside from also being quite poorly animated. It takes barely a minute before they get to the ghosts, just announce that people are having spontaneous orgasms to slay ghosts as its way of fanservice, and lack the stomach for jumpscares so just show ashen legs. By eight minutes in, we've already finished the setup and are doing infodumps about living the life of a sexual yogi to maximize exorcism ejaculation stamina before going right into teaming up with the police to hunt a serial killer. …Which is apparently going to be a long lasting arc because after blasting through the introduction, they spend over five minutes gawking at a Frankensteined corpse and an amorphous blob of eyes.

I'm not exaggerating about the exorcism stuff being sexualized either. They're not subtle at all about it. Hell, eventually one starts nibbling the other's neck, which they explicitly announce was just because he had such a boner during their touching that he couldn't resist. I guess at least there really aren't any visuals to go with it just a little screen shake and then they announce how awesome the orgasm they just had was, but if you're going to be pulling that, why aren't you going whole hog? I mean, that'd be even creepier, sure, but you're already well down that path, so why half-ass it? Go super corny. If you want to make porn, make porn. If you want to make horror, make horror. A blob of eyeballs and a green filter are neither.

  • The Phantom says:

Is two guys touching each other for 20 mins, basically disgusting.

I was here for the big hand gays but yeah exorcism jizz is putting me off. General mood/characterization is also kind of boring, somehow more boring than that gay show with a jeweler
