Impressions:

Even for this show's low standards, this was a garbage episode. They start a guild. Every named character so far joins it and each in turn says "Wow, you're amazing" followed by "Let's do our best." Somehow, this takes nearly 15 minutes to get through. Never mind that most of these characters don't even yet have enough of a presence or personality to have any kind of gimmick associated with them at all, let alone some kind of arc or even meaningful interaction with anybody in the cast.

All you really need to know about this episode is that it was to introduce two new characters, who did so by saying what their schtick is (all points in Str), and it was used for exactly one gag, a third of the episode later. Slow down there, Sonic. We don't want to be going too fast. Give those hilarious setups and punchlines some time to breathe.
