This actually had the first two episodes air in a special, but I think this will be more than enough.

Impressions:

It's actually pretty creepy how they've created what for all intents and purposes is a kind of horrific dystopia, and then set it to bubblegum pop. The horse girls are second class citizens, allowed to be molested in public without anybody batting an eye, go to their own segregated school, perform for the entertainment of regular people, both in sport and being pimped out sexually as pop stars, and nothing gives them greater pleasure. Oh, and they have their own internal little cabal that kidnaps each other to indoctrinate the best ones into some random dude's personal harem. And they do this willingly and happily, because that is the not just the role of a horse girl, it's their purpose. Thanks helpful opening exposition set to a mural which definitely doesn't look like a woman having huge fart.
