Niconico’s Fall 2011 Anime Preview

The broadcast for everything for next season is starting to settle in, but unfortunately, basically everything is finishing up this coming week leaving a giant gaping week off of nothing like usual. I’ll put up my own preview probably next Saturday or Sunday, but there’s about 6 days of nothing but… Penguin and Squid, which is airing about a week before the rest of the premieres start. HiguKira’s second episode is out this week though. Maybe it’ll be really slow to show up on the internet like OVAs tend to be sometimes. Oh well, I’ll think of something.

    There were some interesting series in the preview, sadly plenty of lame series too.

    Definitely the highlight of the preview was OMG PERSONA 4 THE ANIMATION, that alone automatically makes next season AWESOME.

    C^3 sounded pretty interesting, it’s a shame that it’s another “my cute girlfriend” series. There goes all my interest in the show.

    On the other hand, Guilty Crown had a pretty good trailer. That show is not on my must try list.

    Barring Fate/Zero and Persona 4, the other shows actually sounds rather terrible this season.

    Fate, persona and several other shows caught my eye this time around. Also what the hell they’re animating Maken-ki, can’t wait to see Aroduc’s comments on that one, a h-doujin artist turned mangaka similar to high school of the dead except this one is pretty much nothing but pointless ecchi material.

    there were plenty of series that caught my eye. hopefully this is a come back of the good ol’ anime and to hell with the ecchi/fan service era!!!
