Way to stick to your strengths.

Impressions:

Last week I said that the only interesting thing about the first episode was Aki. So what does this episode bring to the table? "Here’s your mad scientist character, and now we have to save her from a fire she caused herself. Oh, and she has breasts the size of small artillery too." They barely even noted Aki’s existence, or even the fact that they had witnessed a grisly murder the previous week, and Aki didn’t even make an appearance at all until the ED had already begun playing. Fan-bloody-tastic.

Bleh. After two episodes, I feel nothing but annoyance for Kyouhei and his rapidly expanding harem, and given Hibino’s chest size, I’m surprised the harem even had any further to expand. Apparently they’re not interested in focusing on the one interesting part of the setup and instead want to just putz around with Utao being clumsy and ‘cute’ instead. That and the gigantic tumors that seem to be on every female over the age of consent.

And now the quest to find a decent way to occupy my time on Tuesdays/Wednesdays begins. I’ll post a wrapup for the first ‘week’ tomorrow since everything’s aired now but Dantalian.
