The whole schtick of her orgasming, screaming, or orgasm screaming, had run its course about five minutes into the episode, so it was up to the dude to carry the humor, which he wasn't half bad at, surprisingly. There aren't many dudes in anime who are simultaneously horny, respectful, deadpan, and down for literally anything while also managing to pop out of nowhere are scale the sides of buildings. Generally that's the purview of one of the wacky side characters, your Pani Poni Dash Ichijo or Nodamiki. The ride or die types who it doesn't matter what's going on, they're in. But all roads lead to her screaming, so even when the setup is more humorous than the 'punchline,' you're still getting your eardrums pierced and retinas blasted by red hues.

I think the most surprising thing here is how little fanservice there was. You'd think the show that can't go six minutes without a long conversation being mistaken for sex would have a whole lot more cleavage and panty shots than… uh… none? Really? Just in the OP? …Huh. It seems content with jiggles, flushes, moaning, and double entendre misunderstandings. Which, like the screaming, it also does well past the point of the joke being made and is now probably closer to humor abuse. And jiggle abuse for that matter. The final little bit shows what could happen if it does manage to tone things down a little and have her chill the hell out and act like an actual person instead of an annoying cariacature. You get something a lot closer to Yamada's failed sexcapades, though still with someone yelling. But it's clear from the OP that the hareming has only begun, and there shall be plenty more shrieking in store.
