All right, I lied. I knocked this out before I had to go out. To Be Hero will come when it comes.

Impressions:

Mostly because this episode was quite bad and there's not all that much to say about it. The fire was a dude on magic fire. They defeated him by… yelling at him a little bit and shaking him by the lapel until they noticed his magic cross. Which meant that they needed to explain the magic artifacts. And then the totally-innocuous magical pet needed to do a second explanation of them, also with flashbacks to the things that had happened just a few minutes prior. Then his sister showed up to explain that she also has a magical artifact and a magical power, which required recapping and flashbacks. But I really need to emphasize that first thing. The protagonist tackled the dude, and just grabbed his collar. Could've tried to knock him out, or smack some sense into the screaming maniac, or even choked him if you wanted to get really gritty with it. But he just sat there, hands loosely on his collar. The budget is already that far gone.

That successfully ate up fifteen goddamned minutes of the episode. Fifteen minutes spent sitting at two different tables learning that magical things are magical. They must have realized that was a little too boring at some point, because then the sister randomly stripped off all her clothes. Gotta remind everybody this was a porn game after all. This is how you make a show about super powered teenagers boring, by having no super powers and everyone sitting around talking about it instead.
