Were the alien butt-shots really necessary?

Impressions:

The ending scene was just a bit ruined by having to understand a couple layers of Engrish translations just to understand that it was even meant to be a title drop. Well, I can't say it was that ruined since it wasn't all that good to begin with. Some giant alien butts appeared and consumed the screen, and then they power of friendshipped with the dead girl to beat them… entirely off-screen before going "Oh hey, we should have a team name." Not sure how that follows, but okay. Not sure why we keep screaming about cooking either, but that's a thing that we're doing.

Not a hugely interesting episode in any case since it was entirely a retrospective on a character that made it a whole two episodes before their noble sacrifice, with none of the action from the previous episodes. Nor did it add anything to either her or the existing cast. She was girl Jesus incarnate. Maybe some of the random side things they spit up out of nowhere are more interesting, like the aliens joined Facebook and started trying to catfish people. Just more evidence that Renge is some kind of honeypot herself, probably, since she can't go an episode without reminding everybody that she has weird memories that she shouldn't.
