Impressions:

Right back to the bland we go. We've all seen this show a hundred million times in the last few years, usually with a title like "I Have Cheat Powers But Instead of Going Adventuring, I Decided to Farm." To its scant credit, there's very little recitation of stat sheets or how he has too much dragon power, so on and so forth. But there's also very little… well, anything. He saves the local busty airhead lamia from a large golem using his cheat dragon powers and… that's it. That's basically the whole episode. Most of the rest is just watching him internally narrate to himself how mundane his life is. Exciting.

Which does free the mind to think about all the minor weird things in the show. Like why is it hiding the dragon's face in the opening scene? Shows love to do that as some kind of later reveal, but… it's a dragon, guys. Or both times someone cooks. He goes to his parents' house, where they're sitting at an empty table, facing the door, which is already strange, then cut to a lavish banquet covering the entire table, right after he has explained how harsh human life is. Later, he proceeds to make an entire five gallon cauldron of soup for two people before forcibly causing her to orgasm via magical handshake. The more I try to describe it, the more bizarre the whole thing feels for how dull the episode actually was.
