Every time they say "Bauer" is sounds like "bow-wow," and that improves things.

Impressions:

I guess we'll start with the most cliched and work our way out. The main thought through this whole thing was that they took the stock obnoxious simp character and are trying to elevate it to main character. Sure, I have some fond memories of MM!, but not because of the awful masochism jokes, and speaking of which, this would get way the hell creepier and pathetic if you reversed either one of their genders, though I admit it would be fairly amusing to see somebody fangirling over a Victorian era dandy in a curly wig. Then again, I'd probably have to compare it to The Scarlet Pimpernel and that's not a fight anime wants to pick. 

Aaaaaaanyway, as far as these villainess reincarnation things go, it was… certainly yet another one of them. Is the main character being a bit of a masochistic troll enough of a gag or twist to pull you in if you're not already addicted to watching the 2-3 of these every goddamned season? Unlikely. It's not particularly well-produced, and it only really has the joke of "How do you like me stepping on you?" "Step on me more, please!" Plus all the other awful lazy tropes of the genre. And I do mean all of them, from omniscience about the setting and characters to having a power level of maximum as ordained by the regional variation of a sorting hat/power scouter. Aside from all that, it was… whatever, I guess. I've seen this episode a hundred times, and it seems like there's a thousand more to come.
