Impressions:

I pretty much said to myself after the horrible last six or so episodes of the previous season that this season better kick off with a bang; some kind of knock-down, drag-out action scene, or at the absolute very least, these idiots better leave their damn rooms. Well, on one hand, the Looney Tunes stage wizard Lupin-knockoff didn't show up at all. On the other hand, there was no action scene, the protagonists didn't leave their rooms, and they added yet more gimmicky nonsense comic relief characters to a cast that was already bloated with them while the story remained firmly parked in the garage with three flat tires and a missing carburetor. Even if they went out just to pick up some Chinese take-out, that would be more movement than they've done in the last two months worth of episodes. It's a wonder how the chairs and sofas in there don't have permanent indents from their asses after all this time.

So, no. It is not improved, and enough is enough. Farewell, show. Maybe somebody can ping me in November when Polka finally manages to find the front door.
