Impressions:

I only made it about seven minutes into this episode before I was pretty fed up with the girl screaming about the Air Bud level of rule adherence. NOBODY SAID YOU HAD TO ACTUALLY RIDE THE NOT-HORSE. HE IS NOT TECHNICALLY RIDING THE NOT-HORSE AND THAT IS AGAINST THE SPIRIT OF THE NONSENSICAL COMPETITION. The shouting, anime industry, it needs to stop. Or at least come down a few decible levels. It's not even a good joke. Look up Japan World Cup, Helck. They used that gag repeatedly as a sight gag, not screamed in explanation of how this is not how horse racing is supposed to be. 

I think I'm just done with Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays this season, and I'm not wild on Wednesdays either for that matter.
