How does buttoning your jacket help you jump?

Impressions:

I probably should've stuck with my initial instincts and just wrote this off. It is thoroughly a kid's show with as much depth as a puddle, and about as much of an animation budget, if all the speedline stuff didn't make that obvious. The CGI men in black continue to look just incredibly godawful too. He has the power of parkour, which involves shouting, dramatically closing his jacket, and then flaring his ki through his forehead for some reason. It's frequently combined with an announcer recapping and explaining all of it, and a replay while the crowd cheers before cutting to his sick little brother who is also cheering.  

It's harmless enough, but it is just a banal advertisement pitching the pseudo reality show franchise to kids. There's probably a Fall Guys like clone of it in development, or maybe already announced. I cherish my ignorance here. Perhaps it should be taken as more of a prophecy of doom, reminding us that one day, there will be a Fortnite anime, and it will be insufferable, and we as a civilization may not survive it.
