Pink sure got on board with the chaos quickly.
Impressions:
This show continues to just be balls to the wall chaos, and I'm all here for it. From constructing a giant Ultraman car-bot from gunpla parts to a fight for half the episode ending in the true antagonist gruesomely murdering the driver pilot in a shower of blood before getting run over herself in a sacrifical explosion by "Itasha Driver," avenging the death of his wayward compatriot who fell to the dark side. Even the comedy at the start is… well, not great, but it passes the time without being super obnoxious and is just as unhinged as the real meat of the episode. A little nonsense goofiness filler isn't the worst sin when the rest of the episode is out of control.
It's fun to just summarize and look back on another bonkers 20 minutes that contained virtually no exposition or stopping to explain their powers. They can summon giant syringes, and for some reason, giant car robots are particularly vulnerable to anal attacks. I am perfectly fine just running with that, zero explaination or rationalization for it needed. Plus it advances the story by introducing the villain and immediately having her kick everybody's ass while also being a ruthlessly murderer. Not sure why she turned into a pallete swap of Anarchy, or maybe that's meant to be a different umbrella magical girl. I'm fine with leaving that an open question for the moment.
