This is a strange village.

Impressions:

A pretty uneventful episode, giving ample time for the mind to wander and start asking questions about what on earth is going on in this village. It's religiously faithful to the supposed traitor hero despite what everybody said about him, who built an entire underground compound beneath it, just for kicks. Also, people care about the granddaughter that they just found out existed like a week ago, but not his daughter? Must be daughter in law, I guess. All this so Lavi can learn the lesson that friendship is power. Uh, if you insist. 

Meanwhile, the evil empire knows that her family is there, gets told off by a random vet, sets fire to it anyway, so the whole village retreats to the bunker (which the army doesn't even notice or care about) to throw a party. A party which Lavi isn't actually invited to. So if I have this straight, the entire village just ditched her to get drunk, and nobody, including her, questioned why everybody abruptly vanished when the place was set on fire. …Okay. I guess that's what we're going with.
