That seems… convenient.

Impressions:

This show is now my personal purgatory. It will never end, and yet, never go anywhere. I just… just want it to be over. But here we have another episode that, weird as it is to say, goes absolutely nowhere, and yet, finishing any of this has been pushed off another two weeks for yet another delay. 

But anyway… yeah. It was another one of those episodes that was largely loud noises and explosions with the occasional nonsense flashback or random kiss. When did the Mad Max kid become a thing with the commander lady? Hell if I know. The one tratior boy turns out to be being pumped full of dark magic… excuse me… dark technology, which Yamato sees with his psychic powers. Did he have those before? Did he pick them up from swapping spit with Arshem? Hell if I know. Point is, we end in the middle of the same fight we began without much of the episode even directly concerning said fight, so it's hard to feel like any progress has been made.

But it looks like the day will be saved by the former evil queen having her own melodramatic flashback slideshow about that time when she was just preparing to be a genocidal racist maniac, but hadn't yet fully committed to it, which unlocks her full magic alien space psychic powers… to actually see the result of next episode, in another two weeks. I mean, above and beyond turning into an astral butterfly and zwooping away. If I remember it exists, which may be a tall ask.
