Wow! His cheat power level is maximum!

I know Angel Next Door aired first, but I felt like getting two of the three cheat power things today out of the way quickly. Two down, four to go. I'm eating pancakes, and then I'll get to that and Nier.

Impressions:

The title is not just the premise, it's also the story. But it's not just the story, it's also the characters. And the dialogue. He is reincarnated. He has the strongest magic, which is different from magic. He is in a different world. All the usual godawful traits are here. His two brothers are pissant bullies who he humiliates at every turn in every possible way, he owns multiple girls who are devoted to him, and while the other people are mean to them, he's a good owner who cares about them instead. And of course, he effortlessly slays some giant beast to prove how cheat powery he is, making all the girls' panties flutter while all the boys can do nothing but grit their teeth in angry envy while cowering under tables. 

I'll give this the edge over the other show, just because it was slightly better animated… slightly, and didn't have any explicit stat sheets, but it was still fairly indistinguishable godawful with all the same sins. Zero story to speak of, the characters only exist to monologue, animation was half-assed even at the best, characters are all ridiculous overt cliches, the works. Frankly, the world where he was flying around on a dragon, hunting rampaging ogres seemed like a far more interesting story to be following instead of a forty year old man posing as a child to humiliate fourteen year olds and seduce their women.
