Oops, all the budget went to the ED.

Both this and Spy Room had an early broadcast on Abema. This took all day to show up. No idea where Spy Room is. Maybe just lost in the void. Actual broadcast for this starts on January 5th.

Impressions:

This is only the first of three separate trashy shows this coming season about dudes being unwillingly transformed into girls and then fanservicing the hell out of them. If you're wondering how tasteful this is going to be, one of the first jokes is "You know, female orgasms are way more intense, so if you try to masturbate, it'll make your male brain explode." Later, he/she tries out looking at gay porn instead and is turned on by it, which traumatizes her, so her sister/abuser drags her out to exercise, which turns into a lesson about chafed nipples. That's also a summary of the entire episode.

It's in no hurry to make jokes. It does make a lot of silly sounds, maybe even more silly sounds than silly faces. The music may actually be the strongest and most expressive part of the show. The animation has its moments, mainly in the ED (though the OP's not bad either, though about 15 times more squicky) which are better animated than the rest of the show by a maaaaaassive margin. It actually tries to get all emotional of all things out of nowhere… right before it goes into the whole chafed nipples/bra fitting bit, because we had gone slightly too long without fetishizing a 13 year old.
