This was definitely worth the bike trip up a flight of stairs.

Impressions:

Arshem's segments continue to remain the best part of the show, if not also the most batcrap crazy. Okay, girl, get on my motorbike, which will transform into a hoverbike so we can ride it up stairs to go tell some kid that his gramgram is dying. This is law of the wasteland. Unfortunately, though, most of this episode was eaten up by mech fights, and while we're for god only knows what reason, now fighting the eyes of Sauron instead of giant robot insects, they haven't gotten any better or even to the level of, say, Aldnoah's abject nonsense either. The giant robots here are just filler noise, at least when they're not accidentally using them to kill cats. Don't think I've forgotten when you did that, Megaton Musashi.

Other than traumatizing wasteland orphans-to-be, not a very interesting episode though. They beat up a couple things, continued flirting with that one slightly different flavor of teenage rebel from the other five already on the team, and the king of Australia here is apparently the tomboy's father, which is great, because the only other character traits I remember about her are "is girl" and "tried to befriend the afro robot and then never talked to him ever again because she got shoved into the girl corner." Also, I guess they scienced out the alien-human hybrid baby and it lives in a vat now. …Okay. Sounds about right.
