Yeeeeah, this was exactly as bad as the promos made it out to be.

Impressions:

I think the nail in the coffin was when the pink haired one literally began spontaneously masturbating just because the MILF said "he could make you do something." I'm not exaggerating either. The director makes sure to show that she's reaching between her legs and touching herself as she fantasizes and moans. And of course, the numerous handjobs through the pants, the nipples conveniently covered by smoke and tail, and constantly forcing him to motorboat her while talking about all his thick, gooey mana that she wants shot inside her. But really, yeah, I think that it was the spontaneous masturbating that took this from raunchy and godawful to outright porn.

The characters are shrieking idiots. The plot non-existent. It's hardly animated. There's next to no animation to speak of, even in the opening. It's bad. And trust me, I once watched a season of Queen's Blade, so I know from bad. Just… just watch porn. There's so much of it, and most of is better animated and has more of a story than this.
