Impressions:

That fun fact (brought to you by Wild Arms) is about the height of the humor this week. I find the sentai/tokusatsu stuff a lot funnier than any of the bureaucratic stuff, and this was mostly just fanservice with a side of office politics. The second half was especially egregious, just a couple of fanservice girls popping in from a rival whats-it to… hang out, I guess? To rant about themselves and boob about? To yell a lot? To have some tea and cookies? They're different, but also have a fanservice animal girl, and here's a melodramatic emotional super saturated flashback for some reason.

The first half had something more approaching a few gags, but not really. They had to go around in quick shots of getting the okays from various dudes. Kuroitsu got to do the joke ones, and by ones, I mean one, while Wolf got to do the pretend rapist ones with plenty of nude shots of shrieking and moaning while wearing only a fur bikini at one point. I think it's safe to say that the humor was not the point or goal of the segment.
