And why are there so damn many of them?

Impressions:

I wondered for a moment if this was actually going to try to pretend to be an action show based on the opening hook. Then a pokemon popped out. Then they spent the next ten minutes doing laundry and going shopping… and taking a bath. So… no. Just another one of those things about pretty boys who supposedly fight time traveling aliens, or space demons, or the incarnations of sin… but all off-screen, while the episodes themselves are just going to be the pretty boys down at the ranch, lounging around and being pretty. Kind of like Fruits Basket, but more Buddhist instead of having the incarnation of Jesus to dote upon.
