Look, spellcheck is hard.
Impressions:
My favorite part of this was how the uppercut started with five seconds left on the clock, and yet, he wasn't able to finish it before the time ran out, pulling his punch and stopping, negating all momentum, the moment the bell rang. Okay, sure, he was jobbing on purpose, but that's revealed later. Also, that 'moment' was probably close to half of the actual 'boxing' content in the episode once you cut out all the cutaways, internal narration, and conversations going on in the peanut gallery. Mostly, the boxing was just standing there and narrating it. The cybernetic part is I'm pretty certain just to make the designs a little more sci-fi. Otherwise, nada. You could remove it entirely and literally nothing else at all would have to change in the slightest. Hell, they even blather about how much better X is because he can still box without 'em. Way to run from your own theoretical gimmick.
But let's get back to the peanut gallery, since that's where we spent most of our time. Even those conversations were patently ridiculous more often than not; reviewing various information that every member of the conversation knows. Hell, the protagonist sat and watched a broadcast of someone introducing the concept of the sport. Imagine if Friday Night Lights where someone explained the rules of football and the concept of a high school education system, and then from there, had to be reminded what high school he went to, that he's a football player, and what position he's in. Organic dialogue? Pfft. We've got a pamphlet to recite!

This one was great in my opinión. It had resemblance to something with an actual plot for a change, even if its the most cliché story ever.
