Semi-Impressions:

This isn't an endorsement of this show over the other two today, it just happened to be the one I looked at last, and probably has the most interesting screencaps. Today's three episode 2s can be summed up as "more of the exact same thing as in episode 1." Dragon King did nothing but add more little girls to bounce in the protagonists lap. Teasing Pubescents had more teasing, but this time on a bench next to a pool. And this had a mountain more exposition. I suppose Basilisk's second episode was the most different from the first, in that it has apparently already totally exhausted the already lacking budget, and we won't be having any more of that mediocre action in the first episode. But here's about three stills of an old man wiggling while he talks about how he's scattering his glow-in-the-dark sweat on everything in a twenty foot range that's trying to pass itself as a badass bit of ninja fighting.

Sunday through Thursdays this season look grim, and that's giving Saturday a pretty hefty benefit of the doubt.
