Well, at least massive tonal problems are different from another goddamned episode of baths.

Impressions:

So… they're infiltrating some corrupt guy's ship while he holds a party for other opulent corrupt people, and it's full of monsters which, obviously, break loose and overrun the ship, messily eating everybody they can get their pincers on. Seems like it'd obviously at least be an improvement over the last month of absolutely nothing, right? Well, have a gander down at the screencaps and see if you too can find the moments where the staff was fighting over what kind of show they wanted to make and the faction for "Medieval Fantasy" was defeated by the faction who was hoping for "Looney Tunes." Don't worry, "Drenched With Semen" was also represented, as was "Naked Beefcakes." It'd seem that they were each given their own little segment they were in charge of. All of them, however, were blindisded by the "Science Fiction" faction who was waiting in the wings to spring the ED early and eat up the last few minutes of the episode by having tea in Pauly Shore's biodome.

Of course, none of them particularly wanted to draw monsters, so that 10-15 seconds of showing the terror of them being released approximately matched their screentime for the rest of the episode, and hell, if they didn't need a reason to sink the ship and the Looney Tunes faction won at that point, so it was the princess 'hilariously' punching a hole in it, they needn't not appeared again at all. I do love their plan to shoot the giant bugs with flaming arrows in order to save the people they were hovering right over. I guess once hit with a flaming arrow, bugs just evaporate into thin air instead of dropping giant injured insects, now on fire, on top of drowning people. This is in addition to simply firing flaming arrows blindly into the darkness, again, at drowning people. How is anybody in this world even alive?
