Better than baseball swings.

Semi-Impressions:

I guess I’ll post this as a representative of the collective of this, Psycho Pass, Brilliant Park, and Gundam ReconG for… reasons. It also was something of a step up from last week, if only because it added a buttload of T&A… and how sad is it that that’s a step up? But at least it’s something besides baseball swings with a bit more overall cohesion. Still, the first segment was awful, and some of the jokes (especially the balls one) were so much of a reach that even Stretch Armstrong couldn’t handle it.

And yet elsewhere… PP’s episode back was half a copy of the previous run’s first episode right down to the magic never-changes criminal reading changing, BP added a bunch of shrill mascots and its big climax was a long speech about how much everything sucked, and Gundam RetroG is still… well, Gundam, retro, and waiting for the protagonists to involve themselves. I guess we’ll start weeding things out next week and see what shakes out. Stupid shoddy Thursdays.
