It’s an off-day and Memorial Day.

Impressions:

Soooo… The joke was already “What if there were forced choices like a visual novel” and the ‘plot’ of the episode is that he gets forced into a visual novel. I… have a difficult time understanding how they thought this would be a good idea, let alone for an extra episode. On the other hand, maybe that it’s an extra episode is why. Everyone’s gone home and is sick of this doomed little affair, so why do anything that requires any effort? Why not just explain all the same jokes that were already its central conceit at a lower level? And recycle the murder end jokes that were once one or two offs at even greater length! And we get to reintroduce all the characters again even though they’re not really acting any differently!

Frankly, I think it’s just  because they wanted to draw vaginas hurling at the screen. No, really. Dozens of vaginas flying at the screen. Well mission goddamned accomplished.
