Impressions:

Another extremely uneventful episode, not helped by the long asides for the random dark-skinned girl joining a damn cafe. She has a tenuous enough connection to anything else as it is, being approximately the only other dark-skinned female within a 50 mile radius and yet still a missing search target while also playing the role of sub-boss, and I only really remember that second part because they brought back Mr. Mask in the next episode preview. They should really think about doing something with the antagonists they introduced in the very first episode at some point.

Most of the rest of the episode was split between Ecco and new character, elf Lucca (there’s a surplus of ‘c’s in this show) having various forms of traumatic attacks. Ecco takes the variety approach to dreams of being raped by goo and chooses to wet herself and then shred the bed. Lucca takes the far more boring approach of just whimpering, which more or less sums up her personality in total. The aspects of it not covered by crying are shared by dutch wives. But neither are so important that they can’t be set aside for some horn licking, shower scenes, or just random nakedness so it’s not like they even covered any ground or set anything up satisfactorally either.
