Non-Impressions:

I turned this on in the corner of the screen and went back to translating because I simply don’t care and not even generic awful cliched hot spring nonsense is going to salvage this. There’s a good chance that tomorrow I’m just going to rant about how awful Escha and Logy is instead of watching the episode. It’s closer to Mana Khemia than ever, my personal Gold Standard for Gust’s games, but now it’s fallen into the uncanny valley made worse by a difficulty curve that’s less a curve than a cliff. Which you fall off of. Oh, and the mind-bogglingly abhorrent translation. I thought we had moved past this kind of crap about 10+ years ago. At least it’s good for the ego.

And with that, back to working on… some godawful scene about girls taking baths. Someone shoot me.
