Galilei Donna #02 — Goldfish Are Silly!
October 17th, 2013
In case you couldn’t understand that before, let’s go ahead and hammer that home.
Today I learned not to try to put four videos into the auto-capper at the same time. The laptop… doesn’t like that.
Impressions:
And thus the fourway cage match for my Thursday attention begins. In two corners, we have the twin mecha moron shows, each stupider than the other, KLK in the third corner, eating the padding, and… Galilei Donna, which when its entrance song played, fell off the ramp and brained itself unconscious on the concrete. I don’t even know what annoyed me the most about the start of this episode. It’s probably an even running between them explaining that a skyship goldfish was silly, a weapon of mass destruction built by a nine year old bristling with enough weapons to level a city being a total secret from everyone, or them all just taking it in stride and remarking that she really is the most specialist special little special girl that could specially be and of course she’s special and amazing.
The remainder of the episode was also boring as sin, including such wonderments as talking heads, talking heads folding paper cranes, more talking heads and then just awful CGI. For an extra fun game, look at how the cops are positioned in nearly every group scene when they’re shooting. Almost invariably, one is pointing their gun inches away from another’s head, or cowering behind another one while holding his gun out to the side. What’s the matter? Already drew the body and then realized he’d be shooting through the back of his buddy’s head so just tried to move the gun? I really think that’s what happened between these two shots for baldy. Also up there is the fat guy being flipped by his forearms end over end in true pro wrestling fashion. You’re entirely too gormless to be doing this, show. Let’s see what the rest of the inbred Thursday shows have done then!

“each stupider than the other”
How is that even possible? Recursive idiocy?
