Higurashi Outbreak — Blood From a Stone
August 15th, 2013
Deen, you annoy me more than usual lately.
"How about a story about an outbreak and regular people turn on each other in anarchy?"
"You mean like every single post-apocalyptic, disease, zombie, and occasionally alien invasion story?"
"Yeah, but with Higurashi so we can skip the intro and setup."
"Will we be using the more unique parts of Higurashi’s setting?"
"No, not really."
"Will the characters act like the Higurashi characters?"
"No, not really."
"Will it have the same kind of manic tone as Higurashi?"
"No, not really."
"How will it be Higurashi?"
"They dress funny, and use specific makeshift weapons. Also, poor and inconsistent art."
"Well, I may have a metal rod sticking out of my frontal lobe, but that sounds great to me!"
This One Man Play brought to you by the questions "What was the point?", and "Is that it?" and the letter Л.
Extremely belated edit:
Yes, I see that there’s a Monster Next to Me OVA episode too. I’m successfully resisting the urge to watch it, quite easily too, even as we speak.

I don’t think this looks bad. I do admit it’s odd that they use the “Daybreak” name when it was a weird video game, but yeah, I don’t think you elaborated enough.
Anybody explain? This is not a joking question, either, what’s the crime in this one?
